Büscherhoff offers individual adapted liners / inliners as packaging solutions. The product range includes liners for the packaging of bulk goods as well as for the packaging of liquid materials. Furthermore we offer dust covers and shrink hoods. All liners can be produced in clean room quality. Generally our liners are made up of PE-film. However it is possible to use EVOH-, PA-, PP- or Alu-laminated-films. We also produce liners that are made from conductive gridfilm. This form of film is our own patent. This special film type can also be laminated onto Alu-film to achieve ideal barrier qualities.
By request we deliver all our products as packet with the including outer packaging as big bags, if necessary gamma-irradiated.

liner for bulk goods
Bulk goods as granulate or powder are often stored and transported in different boxes. Here are five examples:
- FIBC´s
- cartons
- drums
- returnable-boxes
- oktabins
Büscherhoff offers for the lining individual adapted inliners.
The liners can be provided with wings to enable a sew in, into the big bags or the like.
Furthermore the liners can be fitted with cardboard- or PP-plate for centering.
DImensionally stable liners (quadro-liner) are also located in our product range. Inside this type is a special tube which is welded to share the tensile force that a straight bottom and square body effect.
liner for liquid materials
For the transport and warehousing of liquid materials Büscherhoff offers liners in different styles and sizes.
The round bottom liner is composed of one or more tubes with a weld on the bottom and cap if necessary.
The cube-liner has in the filled condition the form of a cube which is the origin of its name. There are different styles available for example with skirts.
Another type of our liquid-liner is the so-called pillow-liner.
This type can if required be provided with a filling spout.
All liners can be fitted with diverse equipment as different valves, screw caps, flanges and aseptic locks. Some of this equipment is produced in our in-house injection moulding section.
